Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead classrooms using detailed lesson plans provided by teachers

Create a positive, organized, and encouraging environment where students stay on task

Support students through interactive, engaging instruction

Supervise students during class, transitions, lunch, and recess
-
Assign and review classwork while maintaining focus on learning objectives

Track attendance and communicate with school staff about progress or concerns

For long-term positions, develop and teach lessons that align with the school curriculum
Your Schedule

Availability: Monday through Friday
-
Full Day: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-
Half Day: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED (required)
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Texas Teaching Certification (preferred)

Previous experience in childcare or education (preferred, not required)

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
