Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week with shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
\n• On-call requirements include 1 weeknight per week and 1-2 weekends per month
\n• Holiday coverage required: minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
\n• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
\n• Must hold current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
\n• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
\n• Diploma from accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred
\n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
\n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
\n• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
\n• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and performance improvement activities
\n• Complete mandatory education and competency assessments
\n• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
\n• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
\n• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
\n• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
