Executive Consulting & Tax Group is seeking motivated and detail-oriented **Partnering Tax Professionals** to join our dynamic team for the upcoming tax season. This is an exciting opportunity to earn **commission-based income (50%–90%, with 100% optional for EFIN holders)** while working remotely with full flexibility to set your own hours. Whether you’re experienced in tax preparation or looking to build a new stream of income, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Review financial records to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with their tax needs.
• Document all work in PDF, Excel, or Word formats within our secure cloud-based filing system.
