Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full life cycle of our projects. This role will be responsible for managing all phases of construction operations, including approvals and entitlements, preconstruction activities, construction management, and project delivery. The Construction Manager will serve as the key point of contact between the field and leadership, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all phases of construction projects from approvals and entitlements to final delivery.
· Oversee and coordinate preconstruction activities, including feasibility analyses, bidding, estimating, scheduling, and project planning.
· Supervise, coordinate, and manage contractors, vendors, architects, design professionals, and internal teams.

· Ensure adherence to safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements on all projects.
· Collaborate with design professionals, contractors, vendors, leadership, and clients, to align project goals, lower costs, resolve issues, meet expectations, and execute the project on time and on schedule.
· Supervise each site and provide regular progress reports to ensure proactive issue management.
· Oversee project close-out activities and ensure company and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or project management.
· Proven track record of managing multi-phase or multi-site construction projects.
· Strong background in construction management, including estimating and bidding processes.
· Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Base salary: $90,000 – $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
· Profit-sharing tied to project performance.
· Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement contributions.
· Travel and vehicle reimbursement as per company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct project feasibility analyses and preconstruction planning.
· Develop cost estimates, bid packages, and project schedules.
· Lead procurement processes and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
· Perform risk assessments and recommend value-engineering solutions.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project readiness.
· Prepare preconstruction reports and documentation for project handoff to the construction team.
