Amulet is on a mission to find star players for the next generation of companies. Our client, Life on Film, is a consumer media startup built around a simple idea: give disposable cameras to strangers and turn photos into cinematic stories.


Since launching, the series has reached 1B+ views and 5M+ followers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Currently averages 30 Million views per video. Partnered with Apple, Amex, Nike, and Fujifilm. Featured icons like Dua Lipa, Travis Scott, Ed Sheeran, and MrBeast. We’re building a modern studio for unscripted storytelling with the goal of becoming the home for human first storytelling on the internet.


We are looking for a high agency founding operations lead to join our team of 3. We run lean - bootstrapped with only 3 folks in the company overall - and are looking for someone who can help set up the operational infrastructure 0 to 1. The focus is on building durable business and financial operations to sustain growth.


About You:


High agency, hyper organized, operationally savvy, smart, resourceful and loves building 0 to 1. Looking for folks coming from operations roles in early stage startup environments!


  • 2+ years of of experience at a startup, preferably in operations
  • 0 to 1 operations experience - able to build custom dashboards, databases and workflows from the ground up
  • You can vibe code/code to automate manual workflows and data entry
  • Adaptable, excited to wear multiple hats
  • Intellectually curious about film, art and photography
  • Self starter, thrives in little structure
  • Bachelors degree from accredited university
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, including process design, workflow management, and documentation
  • Experience with data tracking and reporting, including comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic analytics


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operationalize workflows like ensuring organic episodes and brand partnerships move smoothly to bringing structure to internal business processes so the founders can focus on creative direction and new vertical development
  • Create and run the end-to-end content production workflow (idea → shoot → edit → post) to reduce last-minute scrambling.
  • Remove operational burdens by owning scheduling, logistics, and project tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with CEO and co-founders to help build an exciting consumer brand alongside great people!
  • Serve as the financial operational backbone of the studio by managing project spend, payroll, and acting as the primary point of contact for our accountants.
  • Manage the core business and administrative operations that keep the company running day to day!
  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to build and improve processes from the ground up.


Benefits:


  • $105K - $170K, depending on experience level
