Job DescriptionCall Center Representative We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our client's team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located in Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, confirm appointments, or provide updates
  • Resolve customer issues promptly by researching information, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide product or service information and assist customers with troubleshooting or account management
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • Pay $18-$22 an hour depending on experience
