Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Okatie, SC area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
Location: Bluffton, SC
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Contract Type: School year, with potential for renewal based on performance
Requirements to Apply:

Active BCBA certification
-
Must hold or be eligible for South Carolina licensure through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR)

At least 1 year of experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)

Strong understanding of IEPs, FBA/BIPs, and collaborative approaches to behavioral support

Must pass background check and fingerprinting requirements per school district policy
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and families
-
Provide staff training and ongoing support to ensure proper behavioral plan implementation

Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed for maximum effectiveness
