Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our Stockroom and Material Management team. If you enjoy staying organized, working with inventory, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Pull parts from inventory using pick lists and bin-specific locations
- Process inventory transactions using Epicor software
- Package parts for outbound shipments
- Prepare and process UPS and FedEx shipments
- Receive and stock incoming deliveries
- Perform spot counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily shipping goals
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory or warehouse operations
- Epicor ERP software
- UPS and FedEx shipping systems
- Order picking and material handling
