We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our Boston-based team. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing client needs, and maintaining long-term, successful relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and solutions that meet their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions and services

  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients

  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance customer experiences

  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer relations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts

  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
