Job DescriptionPosition Summary
We are seeking experienced Soldering Technicians for a production project involving the assembly of Belimo valve components. This role requires precision soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a production environment. The project consists of approximately 1,300 units.Key Responsibilities

• Solder electrical connectors onto Belimo valve assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Complete approximately 1,300 valve assemblies while maintaining production goals.
• Inspect solder joints to ensure proper connection, appearance, and functionality.
• Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns.
• Utilize soldering irons, hand tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality control requirements.
• Meet daily production quotas while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with precision soldering in a manufacturing, electronics, or assembly environment.
• Ability to produce clean, reliable solder joints with minimal rework.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience soldering connectors, wires, or electronic components.
• Familiarity with IPC soldering standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001) is a plus.
• Experience in electromechanical assembly or production manufacturing.

• Project Scope: Solder connectors onto Belimo valves.
• Estimated Volume: Approximately 1,300 units.
• Schedule: Full-time project-based assignment
