Pay: Weekly — Based on experience

Job Description:

Red Lion Contracting LLC is looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman / Fix-It Technician to join our team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly pay. We’re seeking a jack-of-all-trades who can handle a wide range of interior and exterior residential repairs throughout Northeast Ohio.

✅ Responsibilities include:

Interior Work:

Drywall repair and installation
Interior painting and trim work
Light carpentry (baseboards, doors, shelving)
Minor plumbing (faucet/toilet/sink replacement, leak repairs)
Minor electrical (light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans)
Tile work (backsplashes, small repairs)
Caulking and sealing (bathrooms, kitchens, windows)

Exterior Work:

ROOFING REPAIRS ( this is a must)
Power washing (siding, decks, walkways)
Gutter cleaning and minor repairs
Siding repairs (vinyl, wood patching)
Deck repairs and staining
Fence/gate repairs
Minor door and window repairs (screens, hardware)
Exterior painting and touch-ups

Not Included (but licensing is a plus):

We do not currently offer:

Full-scale plumbing (e.g., pipe replacement)
Electrical panel work
HVAC services

If you are licensed in any of these areas, we may explore adding services based on your qualifications.

Requirements:

ROOFING KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST ( this is non-negotiable)
3+ years of handyman or residential construction experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must supply your own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
Ability to work independently and professionally with homeowners
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and safely use ladders and power tools

Service Area:

All of Northeast Ohio, including Summit, Stark, Cuyahoga, Portage, and surrounding counties.
