Opportunity

Bronson Heritage Chiropractic is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to practice within our clinic as an Independent Contractor (1099).

This opportunity is ideal for a chiropractor who enjoys serving families and wants the flexibility of practicing as an independent provider within a supportive clinic environment.

Doctors practicing within our clinic will have the opportunity to care for prenatal, pediatric, adult, and family wellness patients while developing long-term patient relationships within the community.

Participation in treating Medicare beneficiaries is optional, but preferred, for contractors who are enrolled with Medicare.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a chiropractor who:

· Enjoys serving prenatal, pediatric, and family wellness patients

· Takes a thoughtful, holistic approach to patient care

· Brings calm, positive energy to the clinic environment

· Values patient education and long-term wellness care

· Desires professional growth within a community-centered practice

Preferred but not required:

· Webster Certification

· Experience with prenatal or pediatric adjusting

· Familiarity with Medicare documentation if treating Medicare patients

Responsibilities

The contract chiropractor will:

· Provide chiropractic adjustments for prenatal, pediatric, adult, and family patients

· Develop and recommend individualized care plans

· Educate patients on holistic health principles and lifestyle stewardship

· Maintain accurate patient documentation consistent with professional standards

· Collaborate with clinic staff to support a positive patient experience

· Optionally participate in community outreach or wellness education events

Contractors enrolled with Medicare may also provide care to Medicare beneficiaries in accordance with Medicare chiropractic coverage guidelines.

Qualifications

· Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited program

· Active Texas chiropractic license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

· Professional liability insurance

· Strong adjusting skills and professional communication

Compensation

This position is structured as a 1099 Independent Contractor relationship.

Compensation is based on 30-35% of collections generated from services provided, depending on experience and production.

Many chiropractors appreciate this structure because income grows as their patient base and production increase.

· An established patient base and community referrals

· Administrative and front-desk support

· A welcoming clinic environment focused on family wellness care

Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, licensing, insurance, and benefits.
