We are looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them understand and resolve their account balances. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can provide a positive and empathetic experience for every patient.


Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm


Responsibilities for the position include the following:

  • Answer customer calls with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and update account records.
  • Maintain an energetic and upbeat demeanor throughout the workday
  • Uphold a positive, self-motivated attitude while complying with all regulations and agreements.
  • Utilize strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and management to protect the company's reputation.
  • Patient Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with and assist patients in resolving their account balances.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic keyboarding skills and the aptitude to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening and verbal communication skills to successfully interact with patients, clients, and colleagues over the phone and in person.
  • Organizational Skills: The capacity to multi-task at a high level, interpret various forms of instructions, and write simple professional correspondence.
  • Medical Billing Experience: Previous experience with medical insurance billing a plus.
  • Spanish Language Skills: The ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients is a plus.
