Quatro Tax LLC, in Conroe, TX, is a prominent property tax consulting firm, seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Tax Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of property tax laws and regulations, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data for our commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret property tax laws and regulations for commercial clients
- Prepare and submit property tax protests and appeals on behalf of clients
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns
- Conduct market research and analyze property values to identify discrepancies in assessed values
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and local government officials
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive property tax solutions
- Stay informed about changes in property tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in commercial property tax consulting
- In-depth knowledge of property tax laws and regulations specific to commercial properties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and commercial property appraisal techniques
- Knowledge in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Certified Property Tax Consultant, Registered Professional Appraiser) preferred
