Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on time while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle accounts payable tasks, including reviewing and reconciling invoices.
• Audit payroll records and transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with benefits administrators to manage employee benefit functions.
• Generate reports and provide payroll-related data for internal auditing and analysis.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
• Support other accounting functions as needed to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting functions.
• Proficiency in Paylocity or Paycom required
• Familiarity with accounts payable and auditing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Knowledge of benefit functions and related payroll integration.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills to address employee concerns and collaborate with teams.
