We have an immediate opening for an experienced Area Coach/District Manager to oversee a portfolio of six quick-service restaurants across the Albany, OR market and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for a proven multi-unit leader with a strong track record as a District Manager or Area Coach in a QSR environment.
The District Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing restaurant leadership teams, and delivering consistent financial and guest experience results across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across six restaurant locations
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational consistency across the district
- Ensure brand standards, food safety, and service expectations are met or exceeded
- Analyze performance metrics and execute action plans to improve results
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders and succession plans
- Monitor labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Proven multi-unit QSR leadership experience required
- Prior experience as a District Manager, Area Coach, or equivalent role
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing management teams
- Solid understanding of P&L management and operational metrics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned district
- Results-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $90,000–$95,000
