A rapidly growing multi-unit bakery and café franchise is seeking General Manager(s) to oversee 3–4 high-volume locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You’ll lead all aspects of store performance—operations, team culture, and catering growth—helping to scale a brand that has expanded aggressively across Texas, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin since 2019.
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Full-time, on-site; ~50–55 hrs/wk (start 6:30–7 AM; close by 9–10 PM)
Compensation: $45K–$55K base (up to $60K DOE) + monthly performance bonus (labor, audits, sales, OSAT)
Benefits: Full benefits after 60 days; PTO; employee discounts; relocation not offered
Role Summary

Store Leadership: Manage daily operations across multiple units—ensure smooth service, policy compliance, and financial targets.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff; foster a people-first culture aligned with core values.

Catering Sales: Drive catering revenue growth through proactive client outreach, menu upsells, and seamless fulfillment.

Operational Excellence: Oversee cash handling, waste control, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies (meal, waste, audit).

Customer & Community: Lead by example—engage customers, cultivate repeat business, and represent the brand in the local market.

Performance Management: Analyze P&L, labor metrics, and OSAT scores; implement corrective actions to optimize profitability.
You’ll Bring

3–4 years of multi-unit management in quick-service or café environments (bakery, sandwich, or similar concepts)

Preferably experience with high-volume sandwich shops (Jimmy John’s, Firehouse Subs, Panera Bread) or completion of a similar management certification

Proven track record driving sales, controlling costs, and improving customer satisfaction

Hands-on leadership style—visible on the floor, coaching teams, and solving issues in real time

Strong organizational skills and comfort with early start times and extended service hours
