A local non-profit organization is seeking a dynamic and passionate Youth Program Coordinator to join their team. - Compensation: $22-23 / hour.

Key Responsibilities for the Youth Program Coordinator:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs focused on restorative justice, leadership development, and community engagement.
- Supervise and mentor youth program staff and volunteers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with youth, families, schools, and community partners.
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Represent the organization at community meetings and events.
- Contribute to the development of new program initiatives and funding proposals through grant writing.
Qualifications for the Youth Programming Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, criminal justice, or a related field preferred, equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with youth in a program setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of restorative justice principles and practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with grant writing and program evaluation is a must.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly desirable, but not required
