Production Manager (Stone Industry)
Location: Allentown, PA | Work Type: In-Person | Pay: $55,000 $65,000/year

What Youll Be Doing:
- Running day-to-day shop operations and hitting production goals
- Leading a team of fabricators hiring, coaching, evaluating, and supporting their growth
- Managing the schedule, materials, and workflow to avoid delays and improve throughput
- Working with Sales and Install teams to solve issues and avoid rework
- Overseeing shop safety and ensuring OSHA compliance
- Updating job tracking systems and closing out work orders
- Supporting equipment maintenance, part availability, and production readiness
- Leading process improvements to increase quality and reduce waste
What Youll Bring:
- 5+ years of leadership in a fabrication, millwork, or manufacturing environment
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced shop setting
- Familiarity with CNCs, hand tools, solid surface materials, and production software
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and ability to prioritize
- A clear communication style and a focus on accountability
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to a clean, safe workplace
