- Greets and checks in patients, verifies insurance & post payments.
- Answers and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
- Accurately takes and delivers messages.
- Accepts and signs for packages, and notifies addressee of package arrival.
- Maintains clean and orderly reception area.
- Answers phones, schedules appointments and provides information to patients.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Some previous work-related experience
- Medical office experience a plus
Hours are: Monday- Friday 8-4
