Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Dept. of Health SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required; clinical fellowship (CFY) considered
- WA State SLP ESA certification
- Successful completion of WSP and FBI background checks, including sexual misconduct clearance and fingerprinting
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License or reliable evidence of mobility
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to provide professional references and participate in an in-person interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students during in-person learning days
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and monitor progress
- Maintain documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
