We’re looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team in Danbury, CT. If you have a mechanical background and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Open Positions:

Assembler

• Pay: $21.53/hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Role Type: Experienced and Skilled

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble and program energy valves
• Perform mechanical builds from small to large components
• Operate cranes, pallet jacks, and similar equipment
• Handle repetitive tasks with precision and flexibility

Assembler Requirements:

• Mechanical background (required)
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience (required)
• Ability to work with tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Assembler – Line Leader

• Pay: $24.80/hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Role Type: Experienced, Skilled, and Leadership

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the assembly line team
• Review order sheets and manage part counts
• Feed the line and maintain workflow efficiency
• Assist the group leader with daily operations

Required Experience:

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Mechanical and assembly experience (preferred)
