- Shift: 8-hour days (Mon–Fri, 06:50–15:30 or 06:50–17:30)\n

- On-site Position: In-person Operating Room RN role\n
- Call Requirements: 1 weekend rotation every 5 weeks (Fri evening, Sat & Sun) and 1 weekday evening call per week (weekday call 15:30–07:00)\n
- Orientation: 3 days\n
\n\nJob Requirements (OR RN / Perioperative Nurse)\n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse\n
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing (perioperative nurse / surgical RN) experience\n
- Active AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications\n
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)\n
- Strong skills in orthopedics and general surgery; eye and GYN experience preferred\n
- Ability to circulate and scrub (scrub highly preferred; strong circulators accepted)\n
- Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (public transportation not accessible)\n
- All-season or snow tires recommended November–April\n
\n\nResponsibilities (Operating Room RN / Surgical RN)\n
- \n
- Provide perioperative care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a 5-suite OR\n
- Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical cases including orthopedics, general, eye, GYN, urology, podiatry, and cardiology\n
- Assist with C-sections (training provided if needed)\n
- Collaborate with OR assistants, surgery schedulers, RNFAs, and CRNAs as part of the surgical team\n
- Utilize EPIC for documentation and Pyxis/Med Room for medication management\n
- Maintain hospital-provided surgical attire and adhere to dress code standards\n
- Participate in call rotations and adjust schedule to meet unit and patient care needs\n
