This is not an entry-level leadership position were looking for someone who has successfully led teams and understands what it takes to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Plan daily operations and coordinate workflow
- Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and safety
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving
- Communicate effectively with management, crews, and vendors
- Hold team members accountable while supporting their success
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising crews or managing projects
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to read plans and coordinate work effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a professional jobsite
