???? Position Overview
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team! In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day operations by assisting machine operators, maintaining material flow, managing inventory, and packaging finished goods. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to grow!
????️ Key Responsibilities
As a Utility Associate, your tasks may include:

Operating forklifts safely to move materials within the facility
-
Reading work orders and verbal instructions to determine material needs
-
Loading/unloading pallets, containers, and shelves
-
Feeding resins into equipment (manual or vacuum systems)
-
Preparing and organizing packaging materials
-
Packaging finished goods per labeling specifications
-
Using barcode scanners for inventory and material tracking
-
Assisting with machine setup, roll changes, and clean-up
-
Logging roll data and supporting machine changeovers
-
Participating in monthly warehouse inventory counts
-
Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary materials and processes
-
Performing additional duties as needed to support the production team

Comfortable reading measuring tools (rulers, fractions, decimals)

Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
-
Effective verbal communication and teamwork

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; calculator use is OK)

Pay Details: $19.50 to $21.50 per hour
