Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Production Associate to support ceramic manufacturing operations. This role involves working with molds and liquid clay to produce pottery pieces while following production procedures and quality standards. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Fill plaster molds with liquid clay (slip) to form pottery pieces
Pour excess material once clay shells reach the required thickness
Assist with mold setup and breakdown
Pump material to refill supply tanks
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow all safety and production procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Attention to detail
Ability to use basic hand tools
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive hand motions
Ability to lift and move materials as part of production tasks
Work may require moving objects weighing 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently

Work Environment
Manufacturing environment with exposure to clay dust. Safety equipment such as safety shoes is required.
