<li>Job Summary: We are hiring reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. This position involves working on a production line to assemble, package, or inspect products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:</li>
<li>Operate machinery and follow production instructions</li>
<li>Assemble, sort, or package products accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area</li>
<li>Inspect products for quality and report any issues</li>
<li>Meet daily production and quality goals</li>
<li>Follow all safety rules and company policies</li>
<li>Requirements:</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8+ hours</li>
<li>Must be dependable and punctual</li>
<li>High attention to detail and strong work ethic</li>
<li>Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check</li>
<li>Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful but not required</li>
