Compensation:
$16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential leads based on perceived symptoms and clinician availability, efficiently assigning suitable clinicians to meet client needs.
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication with clients and clinicians.
- Confirm completion of all required intake documentation prior to a client’s first session.
- Identify when client needs exceed practice capabilities and facilitate referrals to appropriate external providers, maintaining professionalism and compassion.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and return voicemails promptly within 24 hours, providing responsive and supportive client interactions.
- Ensure timely responses (within 24 hours) to client inquiries received via email and text, maintaining clear, accurate, and empathetic communication.
- Accurately record client demographics, contact details, preferred appointment type (telehealth or in-person), referral source, and insurance details.
Qualifications:
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- High school diploma or GED required
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
