About the Role:
BrettonTrova is seeking an entrepreneurial Territory Healthcare Recruiter to own and grow an established geographic territory. This full-desk role combines candidate recruitment and talent pipeline development with the autonomy to identify and pursue new hiring opportunities. You’ll inherit a territory with ongoing hiring needs while having the responsibility to develop new business and drive territory growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Recruitment & Pipeline Development
- Source healthcare professionals such as nurses and nurse leaders through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Screen, qualify, and match candidates to client opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through placement and onboarding.
- Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory.
Territory Ownership & Business Development
- Own the growth and performance of an assigned healthcare recruitment territory in collaboration with the Account Manager.
- Identify new hiring needs within inactive client accounts and proactively fill open roles across your territory.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective healthcare clients.
- Deliver qualified candidates efficiently, ensuring a smooth process from submission through offer and start.
- Monitor market activity, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive territory performance through consistent placement activity, candidate quality, and fill rate.
Relationship Management
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment journey from first outreach through interviews, offers, and onboarding ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM and ATS.
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to maximize territory performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or healthcare preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing relationships through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person interactions.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, create opportunities, and influence outcomes.
