Job Description\n
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an evening shift position requiring ARRT MRI certification and at least 2 years of MRI experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Position is in a radiology department performing diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging
- Evening shift schedule Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Approximately 7 call shifts, including weekends
- Patient studies include imaging of organs, organ systems, and blood flow
- Duties include providing radiologists with required images for diagnosis and orienting physicians, residents, and students on MRI objectives and safety
- There are no restrictions on being a local candidate except for certain designated facilities
- Call shifts will include weekend coverage

- Must have completed an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, typically a two-year college or technical school program
- MRI ARRT certification required
- Valid CPR certification via AHA required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an MRI technologist
- Experience in a facility with 500+ beds required
- License required if applicable
