We are seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary
Care team in beautiful Southern Oregon. Candidates must be BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine.
We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
• Year 1 – Base salary of $270,000
• Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance
incentives of up to $40,000
• Primary Care Productivity Incentive
• $60,000 signing bonus
• Up to $100,000 Student Loan Bonus
• Education Stipend $2,000 per month

• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
• Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
• Education Stipend
• 240 hours authorized time off
