Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time opportunity is available for a licensed and certified School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a full-semester contract role located in New Britain, CT. This position requires 12-15 hours of onsite work per week, with some occasional travel as needed. The role begins as soon as possible and concludes on June 9, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and administer assessments for K-12 students
- Prepare comprehensive PPT reports based on evaluation findings
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student needs
- Participate in meetings and consultations related to student progress and intervention plans
- Manage caseload effectively while adhering to timelines and professional standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in Connecticut
- Proven experience in a school-based setting serving K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of evaluation administration and reporting processes
- Ability to adapt to occasional travel requirements and flexible scheduling
- Effective communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
