Experienced Gas Trader 
We're partnered with a well-established proprietary trading firm to find a gas trader with real P&amp;L ownership from day one.
The Role
<ul>
<li>Manage your own book across natural gas, power, and refined products</li>
<li>Drive strategy, manage risk, and analyze market fundamentals</li>
<li>Identify opportunities through price action, spreads, and order flow</li>
<li>Communicate proactively on risk and P&amp;L variance to leadership</li>
</ul>
What They're Looking For
<ul>
<li>3+ years verified, risk-adjusted profitability in energy markets</li>
<li>Prop trading or hedge fund background strongly preferred</li>
<li>Defined discretionary edge — fundamental modelling, weather, flow, or spread trading</li>
<li>Physical trading or bank background considered</li>
<li>Emissions, biofuels, or REC, RIN experience a bonus</li>
</ul>
