Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others? Bridge 2 Success Group Home is looking for dedicated Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to join our team. With locations across North Carolina, including High Point, Charlotte, Greensboro, Asheville, and more, we offer opportunities to make a meaningful impact in residential and day program settings.
What You’ll Do
As a Medication Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely administering prescribed oral, topical, and routine medications in accordance with Medication Administration Records (MAR).
- Accurately documenting medication delivery and promptly reporting any side effects or missed doses to the RN.
- Maintaining clean, secure, and organized medication storage areas, including counting controlled substances.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Active NC Medication Tech Certification (listed on the NC Medication Aide Registry).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (current and valid).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to client care.

- Locations: Multiple locations across NC, including Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Kannapolis, Greensboro, Asheville, Rutherfordton, Hickory, Forest City, Gastonia, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Monroe, and High Point.
