Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Kansas City, MO
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | $85,000-95,000 annually
Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the Kansas City, MO area to identify a highly skilled Executive Assistant. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
· Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
· Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
· Support special projects and assist with strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 7+ of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
· Proven track record of stability and long-term tenure in previous positions.
· Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
