We are seeking an NCCCO Certified Signalperson to support crane operations on active construction and industrial sites in the Midland area. This role requires a current NCCCO Signalperson certification and hands-on experience communicating with crane operators using standard hand and voice signals. Pay is based on experience.
As a Signalperson, you will be responsible for guiding safe lifting operations, identifying potential hazards, ensuring proper load movement, and maintaining clear communication with crane operators and ground crews at all times. You must be familiar with OSHA crane regulations and industry-standard signaling practices.

Current NCCCO Signalperson Certification (required)

Experience signaling cranes in industrial or construction environments

Strong understanding of OSHA Subpart CC requirements
