Position: Radiation Therapist (Photon Therapy)

Duration: Direct Hire

Location: Amelia Island / Fernandina Beach, FL 32034

Hours: Monday–Friday

• Early Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Mid Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule dependent on patient volume

Pay Range:

• New Grad: ~$39.50/hour
• Experienced Therapists: Up to ~$56/hour depending on experience

Interview Process:

1. Initial Video Interview
2. Onsite Interview + Shadowing (approximately 1 hour) with Tiffany and team

Interview: Two-step process (Video → Onsite)

Interview Availability:

• July 7th: after 12:30 PM
• July 13th or 15th

Start Date: ASAP (Targeting approximately 2 weeks after offer)

Must-Haves

• ARRT Radiation Therapy Certification (ARRT(T)) or RTR
• Active Florida Radiation Therapy License (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Radiation Therapy degree/certificate program completion
• Ability to work early/mid shifts
• Dependable and reliable
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Team-oriented personality

Plusses

• Prior Radiation Therapist experience
• ELEKTA machine experience
• MOSAIQ EMR experience
• Florida license already active
• Oncology/cancer center experience

Day-to-Day

• Deliver photon radiation treatments to oncology patients
• Perform machine warm-up and daily QA procedures
• Review treatment plans and patient schedules
• Work alongside physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and imaging staff
• Assist with treatment setup and patient positioning
• Participate in clinic operations after patient treatment hours
• Collaborate with a team of 3 radiation therapists
