What You’ll Do

Run pre-set sales appointments with homeowners ready to buy.
Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options.
Close deals backed by easy financing and same-day installs.
Maximize commissions on every job.

What We Offer

Unlimited pre-set, qualified leads (no chasing).
Compensation: 1099 commission-only. Expected earnings: $110,000–$160,000 annually, with top closers earning $200K+ per year.
Top commission payouts with $1,500–$2,000+/day realistic earnings.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales closers – HVAC, solar, roofing, or other high-ticket experience a plus.
