Job Summary: Terra Mae is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Server Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will support our servers in delivering an outstanding dining experience, helping to create memorable moments for our guests through exceptional service.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist in greeting and welcoming guests with warmth, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Table Support: Help maintain tables by refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Order Assistance: Support servers in accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, paying close attention to detail.
- Food Presentation: Assist in presenting food and beverages, ensuring that they reflect the quality and creativity of our culinary offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
- Guest Engagement: Assist in educating guests about menu items and our unique culinary fusion.
- Payment Support: Help facilitate a seamless checkout process by assisting with payment handling.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, ideally in an upscale dining environment.
- A passion for food, beverage, and cultural fusion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain any necessary food and beverage service certifications.
