Job Title: Account Clerk
Location: Riviera Beach, FL (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
A company in Riviera Beach is seeking a dependable Account Clerk to join their team onsite. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Receivable (AR) with some support in Accounts Payable (AP). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments and apply them to accounts

  • Generate and send invoices

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables

  • Assist with collections and resolve billing issues

  • Support AP tasks such as invoice entry and vendor communication

  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with month-end close and reporting

  • Maintain organized files and documentation

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in AR/AP or general accounting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
