Job Title: Account Clerk
Location: Riviera Beach, FL (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
A company in Riviera Beach is seeking a dependable Account Clerk to join their team onsite. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Receivable (AR) with some support in Accounts Payable (AP). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Process customer payments and apply them to accounts

Generate and send invoices

Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables

Assist with collections and resolve billing issues

Support AP tasks such as invoice entry and vendor communication

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records

Assist with month-end close and reporting

Maintain organized files and documentation
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in AR/AP or general accounting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
