Candidates must possess an active RN license and have 3-5 years of experience in a hospital setting. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient care, safeguarding patient rights, and upholding clinical standards. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and prior management or change management experience are preferred qualifications.

Role: Medical Surgical Supervisor
Location: Our facility located at 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128
Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours per week
Shift: Night Shift | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with one of the following:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or a compact license is required, in compliance with state nursing board regulations.
Experience: 3-5 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment.
Certifications:
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: A BSN is preferred.
- Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Previous management experience, particularly in change management, is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to fulfill nursing duties.
