Our client, a leading organization in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Tipton Production team supporting various operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Tipton, IN
Pay Range:$19.50
Shift:Must be flexible to all shifts
What's the Job?
- Support backfill positions for operations starting from 1/19/2026, primarily on third shift
- Operate machinery and equipment safely in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with seed inspection, packaging, and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
- Participate in team meetings and adhere to safety protocols
What's Needed?
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (reading and speaking)
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required
- Experience with forklift operation is preferred
