President / CEO – C-Suite Executive, Healthcare & Hospice
Salary Range: $250,000 to $500,000
Requirements to Apply:
• MBA or related graduate degree
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a C-suite role
• Prior experience as a President or CEO in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across clinical, administrative, and operational domains
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing multi-site, multi-state operations and large budgets
• Knowledge of hospice care, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and Medicare/state-specific requirements
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Visionary, mission-driven, and values-oriented leadership style
Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and mission-driven President/CEO to lead a growing healthcare organization with a focus on hospice care. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction to ensure organizational growth, financial strength, and delivery of compassionate, high-quality care. This role will oversee all operational functions, including clinical services, administration, and support teams, while guiding the development and execution of multi-year strategic and financial plans. The President/CEO will serve as a visible and trusted leader, cultivating key internal and external relationships, driving operational excellence, and promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the organization’s mission, values, and long-term strategic goals
• Lead operational and financial management across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and high-quality care delivery
• Drive process improvement, scalability, and data-informed decision-making to enhance clinical and financial outcomes
• Oversee budgeting, capital planning, revenue cycle management, and cost control initiatives
• Monitor and improve care quality using key performance metrics and benchmarking data
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, including affiliations, partnerships, and geographic expansion
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team while promoting leadership development and succession planning
• Serve as the public face of the organization with regulators, community stakeholders, and the media
