About Us

The MedEquip Shop is one of Houston’s top-rated retail medical equipment providers. We specialize in helping individuals and families find high-quality home medical equipment in a comfortable, caring environment. Our customers trust us because we simplify the process, treat everyone like family, and back our service with knowledge and compassion.

  • Support and collaborate with in-store Retail Specialists as a peer leader

Who You Are

  • A natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life (especially older adults and caregivers).

  • A consultative salesperson—someone who listens before recommending

  • A disciplined yet flexible approach to managing their daily sales tasks and outreach

  • A relationship builder with natural empathy, especially toward elderly customers and caregivers

  • An emotionally intelligent communication style that balances assertiveness with empathy.

  • A confident communicator with strong organizational habits

  • A proactive teammate with pride in execution and a passion for helping people

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in retail sales or a customer-facing role (medical equipment experience preferred)

  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable local transportation

  • Comfort with POS and inventory systems (training provided)

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

  • Base Pay: Competitive hourly wage

  • Commission: Earn based on individual sales

  • Career Path: This role is a launchpad toward a future Store Manager position
