Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pmPay rate: $24-$26/hr
Duties:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Manage job postings on company career pages and external job boards.
- Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
