To maintain accurate accounting reports for Yach's Body & Custom, Inc. and Yach's Auto Rental, Inc.
Compensation:
$22 - $26 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
- Review payables from vendors to ensure payment, review receivables, prepare bank deposits, and follow up on past due receivables
- Record operating expense invoices in QuickBooks as they are received, such as utilities, software vendors, accounting, etc
- Reconcile the previous day's credit card receipts to the Settlement Report and deposits in QuickBooks
- Review A/P and funds available - cut checks for signature - process signed checks and mail
- Close repair orders
- Provide reports to the President/General Manager based on company KPI's and metrics - i.e., Cycle time, Sales Forecast, etc
- Print Labor Activity Reports for body shop employees
- Assist the reception area with incoming calls as required
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of QuickBooks is a must
- Adhere to deadlines, i.e., closing month-end; preparing KPI numbers for leadership meetings; running daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
