The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our Regional Float Pool delivers nursing care across various hospital facilities in the St. Louis area. This role encompasses multiple units, including Med/Surg, ICU, and the Emergency Department. Candidates must possess a valid LPN license, relevant clinical certifications, and recent experience in bedside nursing. This full-time position involves night shifts and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, tuition assistance, and shift differential incentives.

Shift: Nights
Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- No Contract Required
- Base Pay: Based on Experience
- PLUS Regional Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $3.75 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends

Potential units include Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!
Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensure:
- Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice, fulfilling all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience:
- At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg roles
- For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside LPN experience is required.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software
- Certifications (Required to Start):
- For Med/Surg: BLS
- For Critical Care: BLS, ACLS
- For Emergency Department: BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- IV certification is mandatory
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
