Now Hiring: Journeyman Carpenters
Location: Sterling, VA
What You’ll Do:
- Cut plywood panels to size and Install around column boxes
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Measure, cut, and shape materials with hand and power tools
- Inspect, repair, or replace damaged woodwork or fixtures
- Operate tools and equipment safely (e.g., saws, drills, nail guns, welding tools)
- Install job site signage and drive fence posts
- Provide general labor and site support as needed
- Collaborate with team members and follow all safety procedures
- Track hours worked and materials used accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience
- Comfortable with a variety of tasks on-site
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Knowledge of safety standards and ability to maintain a clean work site
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
