A Community Based Healthcare Organization is looking for a Contract Healthcare Recruiter
This position is on-site.
Must have:
5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience required.
5+ years of experience with ADP HRIS system or similar system.
5+ years of managing 20 or more requisitions
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. - Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages. - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.

- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday or ADP. - Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce for candidate management. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to effectively cold call potential candidates to generate interest in job opportunities. - Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes. - Strong research skills to identify potential candidates in the healthcare industry. - Experience working with timekeeping systems like Kronos for tracking employee hours.
- Familiarity with contract staffing and temporary placements is a plus. - Ability to develop training programs for new recruiters or hiring managers.
