Qualifications:
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism.
- Prior leadership or clinic management experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Charlotte, NC (remote interviews available initially).
- Looking for long-term commitment and growth within the company.
